Hello,
I’m Martin and I am a manual driving instructor with Learn Driving UK, covering East Leeds and Castleford. I was born and raised in Garforth and still live there with my wife and our two daughters.
I have an extensive knowledge of the local road network having once learnt to drive myself in area, passing my test at the now closed Harehills test centre.
My career before driving was in retail and hospitality primarily at a management level therefore I have experience coaching in fast paced and challenging environments. I know how to keep calm under pressure and will work with you to create a relaxed and friendly environment to learn in.

After a rough start with another instructor, Martin quickly restored my son's confidence in driving. He put my son at ease from the very first session and has built his confidence up so he was able to pass first time. Martin figured out how to get the best out of my son and found common interests to be relatable. We will be asking Martin for lessons when it's our youngest son's turn to drive.
